The bar is so close to my helixes that it makes it hard to clean, but I've been spraying neilmed 1-2x a day, letting water run on it in the shower, using a piercing pillow and using hot compresses.A few minutes before your daily shower, spray again. At the end of your shower, rinse the piercing well. Make sure to not let the waterspray hit the piercing directly.
